How can you help?

We are in need of a new location!

We have been very blessed to have been in this location for many years, but it is time to move onward and upward. We have outgrown the building and there are far too many repairs and upgrades needed for us to remain much longer.

Our dream would be land and a new facility, but will also look at existing property/structures to remodel and renovate. With that being said, we need our community to rally behind us and help raise the funds needed for this new chapter in the Second Chance Shelter and Rescue.

The GoFundMe is strictly for a new facility and we will be having other major fundraisers. We know this is a very expensive venture.

Please check out the GoFundMe and share it far and wide. We are also exploring grants, so if you hear of any, please share the info with us.

We need donations for our Food Bank!

Beginning 4/1/2023:

  • Must provide written list of pets and proof of spay/neuter.

  • Limit of 1 visit per month.

    • We have unfortunately seen an increase in "oops" litters in the same household and we cannot continue to support irresponsibility in the care of the animals.

Natalie's Second Chance offers a food bank for pet owners in the community that need assistance feeding their pets. Dog food, cat food, and sometimes other supplies are available through us at no charge. We encourage anyone needing assistance in feeding their pets to come to pick up food during our public hours.

We accept donations of any brand of food (wet or dry) for our food bank as well as opened bags of food or treats!
